Refund & Cancellation Policy

1 Nature of Digital Goods

Medivo provides downloadable digital educational materials (PDF ebooks, clinical reference sheets, and pharmacology guides). Because digital files are delivered instantly upon transaction confirmation and cannot be physically returned or revoked, all completed sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once downloaded.

2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You are fully eligible for an immediate refund or replacement under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Transaction: If your bank account or UPI app was charged multiple times for a single order due to network glitches, the duplicate charge(s) will be refunded 100% without questions.
• Delivery Failure / Inaccessible Link: If you did not receive access to the download portal or received broken/corrupt files and our support team is unable to deliver working links within 24 hours of receiving your grievance.
• Technical Payment Error: Amount debited from your account but order status failed on the payment gateway without generating an invoice.

3 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund for an eligible scenario, please email our support team at medivoindia@gmail.com or message our WhatsApp desk at +91 9759203844 with:

• Your registered Email Address and Phone Number used during checkout.
• Razorpay Payment ID / UPI Reference No. (e.g. pay_XXXXXXX or 12-digit UTR).
• Screenshot of the payment debit confirmation.

4 Refund Processing Timeline

Once verified by our billing team, refunds are approved within 24 to 48 hours and credited back to the original source method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking protocol.
